Frequently Asked Questions
How long do sessions last?
50 minutes
How many session will I need?
This really depends on what you want to work on. It may be something that can be resolved relatively quickly (8-12 sessions) or you may feel you’d like to go deeper. There is no time limit on the work we do.
Can I come back if I need to?
Absolutely.
How often should I come?
I suggest weekly at first although fortnightly can still be effective.
What if I decide it’s not for me?
There is no obligation for you to continue if you feel we are not the right fit. I am very happy to recommend an alternative therapist if appropriate.
How will I know when I’ve had enough therapy?
This is something we will discuss together during the work. Often myself and the client will know intuitively when the time is right to finish.
